So whats next?  Things to consider

If your case involves senitive information, you may wish to call us on a secure land line. We do not recommend that you contact us using your home phone, office phone, personal email, or cell phone unless you are sure they are secure.  

We do recommend that you call us from a friends' or family members' phone or computer other than your home unless you know it is secure. Although it is inconvenent, your investigation will not be compromised.  

The initial consultation can be conducted over a secure phone line and will take approxiately 30 minutes. We will then decide what investigative techniques are the cost effective. 

A work contract must be signed and a retainer fee of 250.00 must be recieved before the start of your investigation. The $250.00 is non refundable and will be used towards payment of the investigator.  In certain circumstanes an additional fee may be required to cover expenses. 

There are many companies out there offering investigative services that are not licensed.  The information you obtain from these companies may not admissable in court.

If you hire a licensed investigator it may cost more but its worth it in the end.  We will work with you and keep you informed as the case progresses. If needed, we can give you all the investigative options and let you decide on how to proceed with your investigation.
